Billy L Hall

Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 3pm in Hillcrest Memorial Park with full military honors.

Born in Underwood, IN, he was the son of the late Charles C. Hall and Juanita Cathcart Hall Spry. He lived in various cities before moving to Augusta In 1968. He retired from the US Army, where he received 5 Bronze Stars, 5 Good Conduct Medals, Soldiers Medal, Purple Heart, Combat Infantryman Badge, Air Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Cross of Gallantry. After the Army Billy work for several heating and air conditioning companies. Billy was an avid gun collector, who enjoyed going out to eat, and shooting his guns.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Charles Hall. He is survived by his wife Ann Riegert Hall, children Ann (David) Hall Mannella, New Orleans, LA, William (Sharon) Hall, Augusta, GA, sisters, Shelly Elaine James, Becky Spry, Vicki Spry, grandchildren, Joseph Tobias, Grant Hall, Stuart Hall, Lauren Mannella, and Christopher Mannella.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 23, 2014 from 6-8pm at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road Chapel.
