Terrence (Terry) Robert Butler age 64 from Winter Haven, Florida. Passed away, surrounded by his loving and precious family on Monday, December 16, 2019.

He was born in Dorona, Pennsylvania on July 5, 1955. He received his first Master's degree as a Speech Language and Pathologist and moved to Winter Haven in 1983 when he obtained a position with the Polk County School Board as a Speech Therapist. He left after 12 years venturing into Long Term Care where he remained for the duration of his 36 years of employment.

Terry is preceded in death by his father; Daniel Butler, his mother; Louise Butler, and his brother; Patrick Butler.

Terry is survived by his wife Kathy Butler, daughter Keri Butler Smart and her husband Joseph Smart, grandchildren Brendan Smart and Kymberlyn Smart. Daughter Brittany Butler, daughter Kasey Butler Hubbell and her husband Mark Hubbell.

A Celebration of Life is being held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Auburndale, Florida
