Robert W. McKeever

McKEEVER, Robert W., age 65, of Auburn Hills, died August 15, 2012, at his home with his beloved family at his side. A 1965 graduate of Pontiac Northern High School, and a veteran of the U.S. Army, he retired from the City of Pontiac in 2000 after 35 years of service. He also was a dedicated and faithful member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer. Beloved husband of Deborah (Adler) McKeever since June 6, 1970. Dear father of Kimberly (Mike) Tackett and Kara (Erik) Preast. Loving grandfather of David, Auston, Hunter, Brooklynn, Michael, Daniel, Noelle and Zachary. Son of the late Thomas and Laura (Brinker) McKeever. Brother of Marie McKeever, Jerry McKeever and the late Patrick (Sally) McKeever. Son-in-law of Vernonsa Adler. Brother-in-law of Randy (Betty) Adler, Charlie Adler, Becky Adler and the late Kaye Adler. Bob is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Church of the Holy Redeemer, 3050 Grant Street in Auburn Hills. Visitation Saturday 6-8 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at PIXLEY FUNERAL HOME of Auburn Hills, 3530 Auburn Road in Auburn Hills.
