Susan Dianne Conley Simmons

Funeral Services for Mrs. Susan Dianne Conley Simmons, age 72 of Altoona, will be held on Friday, December 22, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. at Church of Love with Bro. Jared Chapman officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Susan passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at the Church of Love.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Simmons, her children, Mark Whisenant (Kristy), Serena Gorgy (Moheb), Shannan Blue (Dale) and Michelle Clark (Brendan), her brothers, Bud, Jimmie, Arthur (Anna) Reynolds and Richie (Becky) Reynolds, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hershel and Luta Presley Reynolds, her chosen son, Rickey Wain, her grandson, Noah Hyfield and her sisters, Margaret Kahramanian and Delores Moore.

Active Pallbearers will be: Mark Whisenant, Joshua Hyfield, Moheb Gorgy, Simon Gorgy, Monique Gorgy and Malachi Whisenant.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Dale Blue, Brendan Clark, Elijah Camp and Michael Stevens.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 22, 2023 from 10:00 A.M. until service time at 12:00 P.M. at Church of Love.
