Visitation will be held on Friday May 19, 2017 at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Attalla, AL from 5 until 8 P.M.
Funeral Service will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday May 21, 2017 at Faith Chapel in Cordele, GA. Body will lie in state from 2 until 3 P.M. prior to the service at the church.
Steve Pearce, Phil Streetman and Royce Freeman will officiate.
Burial will be at Dorough Cemetery in Cordele, GA
Our precious Stephanie loved the Lord and was a witness to everyone she came in contact with. A quiet reverence was shown as every step of her life, and place she inhabited, was in service and worship to the God she loved.
Stephanie never met a stranger, was always happy and uplifting, radiating optimism and love with an ever-present smile to those she encountered.
A regular participant in the Special Olympics bowling at local and state level, She was the Face of Paradise Lanes in Rainbow City where she spent numerous hours in practice and fun.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, William Brown; grandmother, Juanita L. Smith; and uncle, Tony D. Brown.
She is survived by her parents, Jimmy and Diana Brown of Attalla, AL; sister, Hannah (Bryant) Cornelius of Boaz, AL; grandparents, Joanna Brown of Cordele, GA; and Henry Carl Smith Jr. of Cordele, GA; aunts and uncles, Greta (David) O’Neal of Pinehurst, GA, Larry (Michelle) Smith of Cordele, GA, Deborah (Steve) Pearce of Waycross, GA, Randy (Vernice) Brown of Moultrie, GA, Sherril (Jeff) Masters of Lake Park, GA, and Vicky ( Toby) Moore of Byronville, GA; and numerous cousins and great- cousins and special friend; Grant Tucker of Gadsden, AL.
Pallbearers will be Louis O’Neal, David O’Neal, Larry Smith, Bryant Cornelius, Andrew Masters, and Nick Masters.
