Clyde Lee Fowler passed away from this life August 12, one month shy of her 95th birthday. Born in Acworth, Georgia she was a lifelong resident of Atlanta. She is joining her loving husband and daughter, leaving behind family who were blessed greatly by her. Mrs. Fowler was employed for many years by Rich’s in the gift wrapping department. She loved creating beautiful packages and cultivating a beautiful garden. Her family meant everything to her and she gave of herself tirelessly and generously until the day she died. Mrs. Fowler leaves behind her grandchildren, June Wilder Whitehead and husband Peter, Sam Harris, Edward Harris and his wife Amy and other family members, Glenn Wilder and Ed Harris. She cherished her great-grandchildren, Joe, Jessica, Olivia and Andrew. Funeral services for Mrs. Fowler will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2011 in the H.M. Patterson and Son-Oglethorpe Hill Chapel at 2PM. The family will receive family and friends prior to the service from 12-2PM.
