Born in Decatur, Madeline was the daughter of Bruce Justin Smith and Tammy Shirlene Miller Smith of Statham.
Survivors, in addition to her parents, include grandmother, Brenda Miller of Owasso, OK; great-grandmother, Florine Miller of Ferriday, LA; brother, Justin Smith (Mercedes) of Augusta; aunts, Trisha Martin (Todd) of Owasso, OK and Tara Crocker (Shane) of Powder Springs; several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held Friday, July 21, at 3:00 p.m., in the Bernstein Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
