A native of Athens, GA, Mrs. Harris was the daughter of the late Elijah and Alma Bray Kittle and was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Lamar Harris.
Survivors include daughters, Brenda Cunningham and husband, Kenneth of Hull, Patti Worley and husband, Carl of Commerce, Cassandra Dawson and husband, Barry of Athens, and Penny Wilson and husband, Randy of Hull; special companion, Robert Long of Hartwell; brothers, Tommy Kittle of Watkinsville and Robert Kittle of Bogart; sister, Jean Daniel of Athens; grandchildren, Tim Cunningham, Frankie Worley, Doug Dawson, April Clark, Christopher Worley, Hope Bell, and Kay C Wilson, and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2PM Sunday, May 1st in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev Tim Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Saturday, April 30th at Bernstein.
