The family will be having a private service, with interment at Gatlin Cemetery.
Mrs. Lewis is survived by her sons, Herb Lewis, and Richard Craycraft (Glenda); daughters, Harriet Forsythe, Patricia LeBeau, Janet Lewis, and Annette Williams (Grady); grandchildren, Jerry Forsythe, Jr., Heather Forsythe, Anna Connor, Michael Lee Lewis, Victor Anthony Adams (Ashley), John Lewis, Ricky Craycraft, and Jeremy Moore; and several great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Blanche Craycraft; husband, Dick Luther Lewis; son, Raymond Moore.
Mrs. Lewis worked at Limestone Health Facility for 20 years as a caregiver. She loved her husband, her kids, and her grandchildren and great-granchildren. She was described by everyone she met as a nice woman. Her and her late husband fostered many children, in Arizona, throughout their marriage.
