Mrs. Martin was born October 16, 1949 in Limestone County, AL; to Frank John Boyd and Novie King Boyd.
She was a member of the Baptist Faith.
Mrs. Martin is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Glen Martin of Athens; one son Jeff Martin (Annie) of Athens; one daughter Christy Brewer (Jamie) of Athens; four grandchildren Baylee Brewer, Kayla Martin, Logan Martin, Mason West, two great grandchildren, Stella and Leon Martin and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday March 7, 2022 from 6-8:00 P.M. at McConnell Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be Tuesday March 8, 2022 at 11 A.M. at McConnell Memorial Chapel with Brother James Turner and Grandchildren officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Martin, Jamie Brewer, Logan Martin, Chris Kellum, Allen Brown, and Lance Martin.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Dunn, Charlie Williams, Baylee Brewer, and Kayla Martin.
