Frances Marie Scott

Visitation will be Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 6-9 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Scott passed away Thursday October 5, 2017 at her residence.

She was born May 24, 1942 in Limestone County, Alabama to Harlen Hargrove and Irene Tennison Hargrove. Mrs. Scott was known for cooking, she loved baking, gardening, loved going to yard sales, (especially Ardmore Dogdays), taking care of her children and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband Thomas Scott, five brothers John Wesley Hargrove, Louie Hargrove, Carl Hargrove, Michael Hargrove, and Neal Hargrove and one sister Etha Mae Deason.

She is survived by three sons Mark Scott (Barbara), Max Scott (Beverly), Tony Scott (Tammy), one daughter Donna Eddy, three sisters Faye Adams, Peggy Adams, and Carolyn Robertson, eight grandchildren, Jonathan Scott (Kelly), Joshua Scott, Tiffany Scott Macomber (Kyle), Dustin Scott (Bree), Matthew Eddy (Kelsey), Michael Eddy, Travis Scott and Autumn Scott, four great grandchildren Cody Scott, Cali Scott, Audrey Jernigan, Blakelyn Eddy.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Scott, Joshua Scott, Dustin Scott, Matthew Eddy, Michael Eddy, Travis Scott, Kyle Macomber and Cody Scott.
