David Harrison Boles

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 2, 2014 from 6-9 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home.

Mr. Boles died Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at his residence. He was born April 1, 1944 in Huntsville, AL to David Vile Boles and Jewel Earline Gullion. Mr. Boles loved riding horses, hunting and fishing.

He is preceded in death by his Parents; one brother Lester Boles; three sisters Bonnie Dudley, Laura Blann, and Anna Boles.

He is survived by his son Timothy David Boles of Athens, AL; three daughters Kimberly Joan Birdsong of Athens, AL; Dorothy Jean Poteete of Athens, AL; and Elizabeth Darlene Bates of Harvest, AL; two sisters Berneice Fuller of Somerville, AL; Faye Willis of Somerville, AL; 11 Grandchildren, 2 Step Grandchildren, and 11 Great Grandchildren.

Everyone is invited for a meal after the funeral service on Thursday at DAV Building on Airport Rd in Athens.
