Cheryl Sanderson Southard, 64 of Athens, passed away Friday, December 2, 20220 at her residence.
Mrs. Southard was born May 6 1958 in Limestone County to James “Buddy” Sanderson and Mary Faye Crouch Sanderson. Her parents precede her in death as well as her husband, Shelby Southard, and one sister, Cynthia Sanderson Johnson.
Mrs. Southard was a homemaker and a caregiver, and she loved buttercups.
Survivors include one son, Joshua Shelby Southard of Athens; one sister, Velinda Davidson (Steve) of Athens; four nieces and nephews, Jason Bridges, Emily Bridges, Jamie Davidson, and Sean Davidson.
