Terrie is survived by her brother, Danny Bursley, and his wife, Judy, as well as her half-sister, Joyce Wesner. She was the beloved mother of four children: Michelle (Jeff) Cline, Joe (Tina) Massie, Andi (Mark) Phillips, and Tanya (Scott) Marker. She was also a proud grandmother to 12 grandchildren and a great-grandmother to 20, all of whom brought immense joy and fulfillment to her life.
Terrie’s life was a testament to caring for others. She selflessly dedicated her time and energy to ensuring the well-being of those around her. For 42 years, Terrie dedicated her professional life to Brethren Care Village, serving as the dietary manager. She took great pride in her work, especially in her interactions with the residents. Outside of work, Terrie found joy in creating ceramics, cooking, baking, and spending quality time with her family. Her home was a haven of warmth and love, filled with the delicious aromas of her culinary creations. It was always alive with love, life, and laughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Brethren Care Village Health Care Center Activities Department, a cause close to Terrie’s heart and in honor of her decades of service to the residents.
