Former Kentucky resident Cindy Rigsby, 62, died September 2, 2019 in Arnold, Missouri.
At her request, a private family service was held.
Ms. Rigsby was born March 22, 1957 in Louisville, Kentucky to Joseph and Mary Rigsby.
She is survived by her sister, Laurie Gettys; brothers Mark and Keith Rigsby and their spouses; son, Berlin Haugen; daughter Amanda Alanda and her husband Toba; and grandchildren Eliana and Lincoln Alanda.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother.
