Janice Elaine Bleeck, 60, passed away at her home with her daughter and son-in-law by her side, after a courageous fight against cancer on January 16, 2011 in Arlington, WA. She was born to Donald and Winifred Cooper October 14, 1950 in Saginaw, MI. After moving to Seattle for her senior year in high school, she began her career in banking. Her longest and most recent employment was with Frontier Bank. Janice was a outgoing, faithful, hard working, strong willed lady, who was also very loving and caring. She was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years Fred Bleeck in 2000, parents Donald and Winnie Cooper and parents-in-law Harold and June Bleeck. Surviving Janice is her daughter Tonya (Jason) Clark of Mt. Vernon, WA; brothers, Harold (Paula) Cooper, Melvin (Pat) Cooper, Terry (Sherri) Cooper; sibling-in-laws, Harold (Sharon) Bleeck, Violet (Loren) Erickson; grandchildren Hanna Clark, Hailey Clark and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Friday, January 21, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at Weller Funeral Home, 327 N. MacLeod Ave., Arlington, WA. Memorial donations to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org)
