She graduated from a nursing assistance program, volunteered in hospitals, and kept meticulous note of all the significant dates and events in the lives of the people she nurtured along the way.
Nicole was extremely passionate about her heritage and French culture, she loved to surround herself with beautiful things, and her aesthetic was one of quality over quantity. She had immensely refined taste, and a beautifully tender heart – strong, passionate opinions, and empathetic sensitivity to the suffering of others all over the world.
She loved to talk to people from all walks of life and made friends and connections everywhere she went. Nicole‘s life was filled with a love of music. In her earlier years, she was often out dancing and going to concerts and she maintained this passionate, love of music throughout the rest of her life.
Nicole will be profoundly missed and leaves no doubt in the minds of all those she left behind just how loved they were.
« C’est tellement court, une vie
Tellement fragile, aussi
Que de courir, après le temps
Ne laisse plus rien à vivre.
Ça sera à nous dès ce soir
À nous de le vouloir
Faire que l’amour qu’on aura partagé
Nous donne l’envie d’aimer. « Danielle Levi- L’Envie d’aimer
