Jacqueline Michelle Suzanne Weaver

Jacqueline Michelle Suzanne Weaver (nee Mauduit) passed away on May 14, 2020 after a brief illness. Jacqueline was born on June 16, 1933 to parents Yvonne (Martinet) and Maurice Georges Mauduit in the town of Levroux, France. Jacqueline was the youngest of three sisters, with whom she shared a strong and loving relationship. She met her husband, Richard (Dick) Alvin Weaver, while working as a secretary for the Army in Chateauroux, France. Jacqueline and Dick were married on March 30, 1957 and Jacqueline became an American citizen in May 1967. Jacqueline and Dick welcomed their only child, Bruce Alvin Weaver in April 1958. Jacqueline was a loving companion to her husband, Dick, and devoted mother to Bruce. A long-time resident of Arlington, VA, Jacqueline will be remembered for her generosity of spirit and love of life, but particularly for her dedication to her family. She enjoyed music, dancing, gardening, and travel. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, husband, and her two sisters, Monique and Gisele. She is survived by her son Bruce and numerous nieces and nephews. Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
