Survivors include wife, Linda Lou Sherman of Arlington, TX; son, Robert Sherman of Fort Worth, TX; daughters Laura Sherman of Azle, TX and Crystal Zamora of Arlington, TX; brother Bobby Sherman of Sweetwater, TX; grandchildren Jonathan Sherman of Fort Worth, TX, Holly Ng of Lavon, TX, Haily Marshall of Longview, TX, Lindsay LaRosa of Weatherford, TX, Matthew Hunt of Bowie, TX, KC Andrews of Saginaw, TX, Clara Zamora of Arlington, TX and Victoria Zamora of Arlington, TX; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Christine Sherman of Slidell, TX, brother Edward Sherman of North Richland Hills, TX and first wife Linda Moore of Azle, TX.
A visitation will be held June 15, 2023, 6pm-8pm at Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington. Rosary will be recited at 7pm. Requiem Mass to be held at 11am Friday, June 16, 2023, at Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Arlington. Interment to follow at Moore Memorial Gardens at 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.
