Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday at Moore Funeral Home-Bowen Chapel. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mayfield Road Baptist Church, 1701 E. Mayfield Road, Arlington, Texas 76014.
Thomas was born in Hudson, Ohio, and came to Texas in 1946. He served in the Navy from 1940 to 1946. He retired from Vought. Thomas was a charter member of Mayfield Road Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by a son, Michael
Survivors: Wife of 68 years, Audrey; daughters, Johnnie Laman and husband, Tommy, Pat Wideman and husband, Charles, and Linda Sinclair and husband, Joe; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
