Robert Jason Holland

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Moore Funeral Home South Chapel, 1219 N. Davis Drive, in Arlington. Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, October 20, 2014 from 6 - 8 p.m.

He was born Robert Jason Holland on August 25, 1969 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, son of Robert Bruce Holland and Sharon Lee Holland. Jason was a graduate of Tuttle High School in Oklahoma and played on both the high school football and golf teams. Jason's passion was golf and after attending NEO in Miami, OK, Jason became a certified teaching golf professional at Oak Tree in Edmond, OK, and twice participated in the Oklahoma Open golf tournament.

His favorite team was the Oklahoma Sooners and he loved OU football. Jason was always known for having a big heart and his love for family and friends was always evident. Jason is preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Lee Hardway. He was a proud citizen of the Chickasaw Nation and descendant of George F. and Viola M. Byrd.

Jason is survived by his father Robert Bruce Holland and wife Betsy; brother, Kevin Holland; sister, Gina Ryan; step-brother, Clifton Amos; and step-sisters, Angel Eddingfield, Holly Thomas, Jennie Durham, and Kim Leeper.
