Funeral: 10:00 am Friday, April 28, 2017 in Moore Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the funeral home.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Arlington, TX or Catholic Charities.

Born in Lottie, LA on March 23, 1942 to Willie Roubique Sr and Margaret Roubique, she grew up in Fordoche, LA and later married Charles Romero in Lake Charles, LA. They moved to Hurst, TX in 1969 where they raised their six children and were blessed with eleven grand children during 57 years of marriage.

Pat loved to cook for her family and friends and everyone was welcome at her table where many wonderful times were spent. Pat was abundantly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Survivors: She is survived by all her children and their spouses, and her grandchildren: Charlotte and Rod Swords of Bedford TX and their two daughters, Jennifer and Amanda; Keith and Susan Romero of Hurst, TX and their three daughters, Jessica, Jillian and husband John Turner, and Jacey; Pam and John Dempsey of Ft. Worth, TX and their two daughters Brianna and Kailey; Gretchen and Doug Hosea of Arlington, TX and their two children Reagan and Jackson; Danny and Caryn Romero of Ft. Worth, TX and their son Garrett; Candace and Blake Axen of Mansfield, TX and their daughter Emery; and a host of nieces and nephews; her siblings: Willie Roubique, Jr and Lucille of Fordoche, LA; Marvin and Margaret Roubique of St. Francisville, LA; Imogene and Larry Giordano of Fordoche, LA; and Ned Roubique of Fordoche, LA.
