Although he moved away, he never forgot his Brooklyn roots. He was also dedicated to his family, the Boy Scouts, and various charitable organizations such as Meals on Wheels and Arlington Urban Ministries as well as his Church family at Trinity United Methodist Church and the New Horizons Sunday School Class.
He was the second oldest child in a family of five. At an early age he understood the need to care for others. This trait followed him his entire life. He was a quiet man but was known to have a great sense of humor.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Dolores Lindh; parents; brothers Albert Lindh Jr. and Louis Lindh; and sister Eileen Lent. He is survived by his daughter Lorrie Vincent and her husband AL; granddaughter Deb Vincent; great-grandson Eric Bradburn; cousin Jany Nicastro Lorenc; and brother Edward Lindh and his wife Julie of Garden City, NY.
Visitation will be held at Moore Funeral Home on Sunday, March 3, from 1-4 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 4, at 2:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of Moore Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Moore Memorial Gardens.
