Greggory Mark Garner, age 59 of Azle, passed away on December 24, 2021. He was born on February 1, 1962 in Dallas, Texas, the son of Charles Laney Garner and Virginia Sue Jones Garner. Mark married Tracy Moore and they celebrated 40 years of marriage together before his passing.
Mark worked for many years as a truck driver, and later a dispatcher, for McLane Food Service. He and his wife were active members of Living Word Fellowship, and most recently Crossing Fellowship in Azle. Mark loved music and he shared his gift of music alongside his love of Christ by playing the bass in church for over 20 years. In his spare time, Mark enjoyed spending time outdoors, time at the lake fishing, and woodworking. His greatest love was to his family, especially the time he got to spend with his grandchildren.
Mark is survived by his wife, Tracy; sons Justin Garner and wife Kristi, and Rick Garner; grand children Kylie, Charlie, Kelsie, and Logan; mother Virginia Sue Garner; brothers Kenneth Garner and Terry Garner and husband Doug Studebaker; sister Maria Garner; and his beloved dog, Hank.
Funeral service will be at 1:00pm, Monday, January 3, 2022 at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Pleasant Point Cemetery, Alvarado.
