Edward L. Cross

Edward was predeceased by his parents, Charlie and Sallie Cross, his brothers Nealy and Wayne Cross, his sisters Linda Cross and Elaine Greathouse and his grandson Brandon Cross. Edward is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Mary(Walls) Cross, his four children Ted Cross, Vanessa Greenwell(Bob) Tracey Cross(Terry) and Chastity Kinerd(Jason), his brother Steve Cross, sister Vera Lamb, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Edward worked as an ironworker for 44 years and farmed in Georgia for several years following retirement. Edward loved to fish, hunt, garden, work in the yard with his wife Mary and spend time with family.

Services for Edward will be held on Friday, March 30, 2018, at Moore’s Funeral Home located at 1219 N. Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas. A viewing will be available from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with services commencing at 3:00 p.m. and burial services at 4:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are welcome on this day in celebration of life for Edward “Ed” Cross.
