Darla Jean Morgan

Darla Jean Brown Morgan (July 24, 1939 - November 5, 2014) was born the tenth of fourteen children in Sipe Springs, Texas to Norman Earl Brown and Nellie Mae Howard Brown. Darla was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Nellie; her husband, Howard Morgan; her son, Ricky Seitz; a grandson,

Michael Seitz; 6 sisters, Maxine Jeffers, Nellie Ingram, Myrtle McBride, twins: Wanda Gail and Linda Dale Brown, and Shirley Waner; and three brothers, Earl, Ray and James Brown. She is survived by a son, Tracy Bob Seitz of Denton, Texas; daughter, son-inlaw and grandson: Tammy Seitz Bratton, Terry Bratton and Cole Bratton of Arlington, Texas; a grandson, Chris Seitz and great grandson, Logan Seitz of New Jersey. Also surviving are 4 brothers: William

Brown of Dickens, Texas; Byron Brown of Spring Branch, Texas; Leonard Brown of Lubbock, Texas and Howard Brown of Lewisville, Texas; and two sisters: Earlene Brown Massie of San Antonio, Texas; and Betty Byrom of Midland, Texas. Darla was loved by all of her brother-in- laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews, cousins and a huge circle of friends. Before retirement, Darla was employed by the City of Lewisville, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 8 at 9:30am at Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ in Arlington, TX. Interment will be at Pioneer Memorial Cemetery, Wagoner, OK.
