Barbara Ann Strickland

Barbara Strickland, age 87, passed away on November 15, 2024, in Arlington, Texas. She was Born on January 16, 1937, in Hillsboro, Texas to Marvin and Maudie Dollar. Barbara was raised in Hillsboro, Texas and graduated from Hillsboro Highschool in 1954.

She married Bobby Joe Strickland in 1954, and the couple had two children. She was a homemaker who loved travel crosswords puzzles. Her wonderful family and friends will always remember her as someone you could depend on no matter what.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Joe, son David, sister Lyndal, and her parents, Marvin and Maudie Dollar.

Barbara is survived by her son, Douglas, brothers, Benny, Donnie, and numerous Nieces and Nephews who will all miss her dearly.

Barbara will be truly missed by many relatives and friends, cherishing all the good memories shared with her. She will always be remembered for the loving spirit and kindness he showed to everyone around her.
