Annie L. Williams, age 78 of North Richland Hills, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2019. She was born on July 2, 1941 in Albany, Georgia, the daughter of Benjamin Witcher and Lucile Alston Witcher. Annie married Stantley Williams and they celebrated 45 years of marriage before his passing.
Annie grew up in Michigan and moved to the North Richland Hills area in 1984. She worked for over 30 years for Allstate Insurance in Irving, retiring in 2008. Annie was loved for her great sense of humor and smile. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking and baking, shopping, watching soap operas, and spending time with her family.
Annie is survived by her daughter Taisa Remi Ware and husband Nathan, grandson Johnathan Ware; and close friends Richelle Jernigan and Elise Sessions.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 17 from 5:00-7:00pm at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00am, also at the funeral home. Interment at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery will follow at 1:00pm.
