He died Monday, August 22, 2016 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.Roger worked as a Data Processor for John Sexton Food Service in Lisle. He was an avid fan of military and aviation history as well as a friend of Bill W. He loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and was loved by all. Roger is survived by Justine (nee McGuire); whom he married May 6, 1961 in Oak Park; children, Julie (Joseph) Donlon, Mary Beth (Greg) Cerniglia, Timothy (Jenna) Burke, Kathleen (James) Cox, John (Erica) Burke and Michael (Amy) Burke; grandchildren, Katelyn Cerniglia, Nicholas Cerniglia, Erin Donlon, Haley Donlon, Mary Donlon, Ryan Burke, Matthew Burke, Shannon Burke, Makayla Hugg, Sean Burke, Ellie Burke, Charlie Cox, Colleen Cox, Jimmy Cox, Claire Cox, Daniel Burke, Katherine Burke, Maggie Burke, Lyla Burke and Macy Burke; John (Trish) Burke, Sister, Sally (Fred) Wulff, many nieces and nephews,. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation Monday, August 29, 2016 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Monday at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004 Visitation 9:00 am Tuesday August 30, 2016 until the 10:00 am Funeral Mass at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N.
