Andrew Ellis Hundt was born on December 13, 1988 in Arlington Heights to Donald and Teresa (nee Frisbie) Hundt. He died Friday, August 2, 2019 in Palatine.

Mr. Hundt formerly worked as a Financial Analyst for Bank Financial and TCF Bank in Schaumburg. Andrew loved the finer things, once nicknamed “Mr. Brand-name” by the proprietor of his favorite take-out spot. A consummate cook, his friends and family will especially remember his spicy ramen and Indian creations. He possessed a witty sense of humor, loved German automobiles (never American). His mechanical ability, from cars and motorcycles to his beloved electronics, was unsurpassed.

Andrew is survived by his parents, Donald and Teresa Hundt; siblings Catherine Hundt, and Philip Hundt; grandparents Evelyn (the late John F.) Hundt and Richard L. (Ann) Frisbie; loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Funeral Mass 11:00 am, Friday, August 9, 2019 at Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights, IL 60005. Interment is private.
