Walter Gray Richardson, 84, of High Point passed away Thursday, January 27, 2011.
Mr. Richardson was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Clarence Millard Richardson and Mrs. Ethel Jane Raynor; brothers, Lloyd (Buddy) Richardson and Willie Ray (Tink) Richardson; and one sister, Doreen Hux.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Mrs. Willie L. Richardson; two daughters, Mrs. Patsy Stuart and her husband James of Lexington and Mrs. Brenda West and her husband Ray of Eldgin, SC; three sons, Walter (Grey) Richardson Jr. and his wife, Dolly of Conway, SC, Ronald Ray (Ronnie) Richardson and his wife, Sharon of Mt. Airy and Gary Richardson of High Point.
Funeral Service will be on Sunday at 2:00 pm at North Pointe Community Church, 5225 High Point Road in High Point, with Rev. Darrell Green and Dr. Rev. Harold Pope officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Gardens Cemetery.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the church.
