Robert Richard Riebel, 77 of Garner, passed away at his home on November 29, 2023.

A native of IL, Bob was born on November 29, 1946 to the late Harold E. and Louise (Miller) Riebel. Bob was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He played basketball at Northern Illinois University. Throughout life he continued to love the game, along with all sports. He was also a lover of animals. He always made sure to carry dog treats on his walks for all the neighborhood pups .

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Vernita Ann Riebel and daughter, Amanda Wofford.

He is lovingly remembered by his daughters, Ashley Dame and Jaime Wofford; grandchildren, Nicholas and Jonathan Barnett, Aurora and Ariel Anderson, Ava Rose, Rya, Mia, and Robert Brown.

Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, December 13th at 1PM at Saint Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Apex, NC.
