Native of Camden, NJ, Charles was born on May 5, 1961 to the late, John Joseph Campbell and Anna Margaret Bazley. Charles graduated Magna Cum Laude from Chapman University in May of 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in business. He went on to run his own painting business for 9 years and recently went back in the corporate workforce as a salesman in the service industry. Charles shared his faith with his church family at Triangle Community Church (TCC) and volunteered with the TCC’s SWAT team. Charles was most proud of the legacy he leaves behind, his family.
Charles is lovingly remembered by his wife, Tammy Campbell of Holly Springs; sons, Charles Campbell Jr and his wife, Marie Campbell of Jamestown, NC, John Campbell and Timothy Campbell of Holly Springs; daughter, Jennifer Campbell of Greensboro, NC; grandchildren, Sophia, Grayson, Phinehas and Nora of Jamestown, NC; and his siblings, Patricia and Thomas Hall of Floral City, FL, Daniel and Kelly Campbell of Durham, NC, Kathleen and Michael Hutchinson of Youngsville, NC, Robert Hall of Bradenton, FL, Elizabeth and James Riddle of Wake Forest, NC and Nancy and Steven Mainville of Sarasota, FL.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Wake Memorial Park in Cary, NC.
In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions can be made to The Salvation Army, Samaritan’s Purse or Food for the Hungry in honor of Charles.
