Ann Jones Jones Graf

She is survived by her husband, Paul Graf of Cary; son, Robert Graf of Cary; daughters, Jeanne Graf of Durham and Kathryn Hunt and husband, John, of Raleigh; parents, Bob and Marge Jones of Fern Park, FL; mother-in-law, Jean Graf of Winter Park FL; and sister, Betsy Matthes and husband, Jack Cortner, of Shelter Island, NY.

For 22 years, Ann faithfully served her parish as a choir member. She also sang for weddings and funerals and worked as music teacher and then director of the parish’s parochial preschool. She enjoyed reading, gardening and spending time with her family.

Services will begin at 7:30 pm Friday August 17, 2012 with prayer service 7:45-8:15 pm at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 3008 Old Raleigh Rd, Apex, NC 27502. The family will receive friends after the prayer service until 9:00 pm.

The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am at St. Andrew Catholic Church on Saturday, August 18, 2012. The family will receive friends following the service in the church Fellowship Hall from 12:00 to 3:00 pm. A private inurnment will be held in the church columbarium.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the “Ann Graf Memorial Fund”. Make checks payable to St. Andrew Catholic Church,3008 Old Raleigh Rd, Apex, NC 27502 and add “For Ann Graf Memorial Fund” on memo line.
