Vicki was born in Dublin, GA, but lived most of her life in the Anniston / Oxford area. She graduated from Anniston High School in 1967. She worked for several years at Independent Life/American General Insurance Co. before retiring in 1996. Vicki also owned and operated The Craft Mall in Oxford, AL for several years.
Vicki was a long-time follower of Christ and a member of West Park Heights Baptist Church. She was a devoted & loving wife, a loving mother and grandmother (Granna), and the oldest sister to 4 siblings which she loved with all her heart. Vicki was kind, compassionate, and funny and she was loved by everyone she came in contact with. She loved spending time with her family and friends talking and laughing, and usually there would be a meal involved. She LOVED to cook, especially during the holidays, and everything she would prepare was absolutely amazing! Vicki loved crafting and decorating especially at Christmas, when she would transform her house into a "Christmas Wonderland". Her love and joy filled all of our lives for many years, and she will be greatly missed, but we have comfort in knowing that she's not suffering anymore, and there's a great reunion in heaven this week with her son, her mother, her sister, and all those that she loved who went home ahead of her!
