A memorial service for Mr. Robert H. Griffin, 62, of Ohatchee will be announced by Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Mr. Griffin died Sunday, December 6, 2020 at RMC.
Mr. Griffin is survived by his wife, Jeran M. Griffin; daughter, Andrea Alward (Brett), chosen daughter, Melinda Powell (Brent); son Jeremy Tiller (Carmen); step-son, Ryan Foster (Jessica) and Cameron Joiner (Dawn); sisters, Jerria Carter (Steve), Phyllis Heathcock (Jack) and Bet Gallahar (Rodney); brother Paul Griffin (Anna); 13 grandchildren with two on the way; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Mr. Griffin is preceded in death by his parents, Shorty and Imogene Griffin; grandson Brayden ‘Lil Tuff’ Alward.
Mr. Griffin was the owner and operator of Griffin’s Solution LLC. He was an Alabama fan and Nascar fan. He was a humble man who loved his family very much. He was known, for always helping anyone in need. He was a loving husband, father, brother and friend. But, one of his greatest joys was being a grandfather.
