I enjoyed my many conversations with Mr. T (Larry) over the years. It was a highlight of my day that I always looked forward to as part of my day. I have missed him since he left City Hall and now I will further miss him but I know he is in a better place. I considered him a good friend and one that I respected and deeply appreciated. Larry, watch down on my Bengals, as you and I always joyfully talked about our football. They made it back. Love you.

To Jr and the rest of the family we are so sorry to hear of Larry’s passing it was a shock but we are ever so glad to have had the opportunity to know him.  From the building of his first home and living down the street from him and just having fun beautifying his lawn and cutting grass he always had a smile on his face and a kind word to say, he really just made our day. I want you all to know that earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal and our prayers are that God will dry every tear and give you all the strength to face tomorrow knowing that your father, husband, grandfather, uncle, and friend will not be there physically but he will always be in our hearts ♥️ Please accept our deepest condolences and our prayers. We love you all dearly.
