Mrs. Hutto was a very special lady. My mother bought AVON from her for many many years. We all purchased Avon from her even on days that we didn’t really need anything just because of who she was. She was a beautiful soul that I know will be terribly missed. 

I am so sorry to see about the best Avon lady ever passing away.  Mrs. Hutto was our mother’s Avon lady first in Wellborn and then when mama moved to friendship, her Avon lady did too.  They had more of a friendship than just mama being a customer.  It ended up with the entire family and a couple of friends were buying from Mrs. Hutto as well. 
She was a beautiful lady both inside and out with a heart of gold. You were blessed to be her family. God bless each of you.

My prayers and thoughts are with the family, l knew Ms.Hutto as a sweet lady.she was faithful selling Avon.my sister Jackie bought Avon from her.in 2011 lcame down with cancer. My sister bought me a sterling silver cross necklace, from her.l never took the necklace off! Unless I had to take a test at the hospital.then it was put back on my neck. I still wear this necklace.and l will treasure it even more ! sweet lady rest in peace.Debera Portwood Freeman.

We are so blessed to have her in our family. A truly beautiful and wonderful aunt. Rest In Peace, Aunt Mutt. 

My childlike spirit roamed spaces at Mr & Mrs Hutto's home. Some of my happiest memories were almost breaking my neck getting down to the milk house where Buddy and his Dad were milking, walking (running) through a newly delivered chicken house full of baby chickens with Billy and Shorty, and climbing through barbed wire, burrs, thorns, and jagged rocks to pick blackberries at what seemed like the edge of the mountain. Nothing tasted better than Mrs Hutto's biscuits (catheads just like my Mom's). Eating at Mr & Mrs Hutto's table  was always a meal you remembered. Never remember visiting when she didn't ask me if I was hungry or if I had eaten. Even after I moved away and I visited her and Billy she would ask me if I had a place to sleep. She would visit in our home especially after my Dad passed, often with one of the girls always being helpful in our time of need. Just the sound of her laughter was always comforting. She had an Ease and Grace about her even when you knew she was tired on her feet.  Mrs Hutto's home always had a silver drinking dipper and a worn metal dishpan just like home.

Mrs Hutto as I remember her, she was a good friend to my grandmother and has sold Avon to my grandmother since I was a toddler atleast. Maybe longer. But I remember as a toddler she would hold me while my grandmother looked at Avon books. I grew up seeing her almost weekly. She delivered Avon and sold Avon to us every order. Her and my grandmother are only 2 years apart in age. I couldn't never get them pulled away from eachother once they got to talking and laughing and then when I was young I began to sell Avon. I would go to the meetings and set with Mrs Hutto. She would win many awards for her many sells. She was a great woman and I miss her already. Wish we could had seen her more after she had to quit selling. She reminded me of my grandmother and her death brings realization to us that I wont have my grandmother to much longer either. However I never realized how big her family is, she has a big family of friends also. 

So sad to see she had passed, she was a wonderful lady, for years I bought Avon from her-- she will be missed

So sorry to hear of Mutt’s passing. She was one of my mom’s best buddies. I heard so many stories of their adventures. Hugs and prayers for you and your family, love Julia .
