On Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 Ms. Barbara A Hudson passed away at Suncoast Hospice of Pinellas. She grew up in a town called DeArmanville, Alabama where she will be laid to rest in our church cemetery with all the rest of our family.
She went to oxford school and then had 2 years of college at Jacksonville State where she was pursuing a teaching career and later had to quit and stay at home to take care of her Grandmother. As time went by she began a job at Hicks Tire Company in Alabama and was later transferred to Florida where she was moving to be with her Brother. When she arrived she went to work for The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company which lasted a span of 40 years before she retired. She loved her family and spending time with them.
Barbara is survived by her daughter Dee Higgins, Son-in-law; Scott McDonald, Brothers; Rowe Hudson and Kiener Hudson, Sister; Nancy Barker, Sister-in-laws; Helen Hudson and Hilda Hudson plus nieces and nephews.
