Sarah Brooke Stough

Sarah grew up in Arkansas and Virginia and graduated from Harrisonburg High School in Virginia. Sarah was consistently on the honor roll and was a natural leader in her school. She was an active student and cheered for the Harrisonburg Blue Streaks. She also enjoyed travel and had the opportunity to visit and explore Spain. Thru the years Sarah became a gifted writer and encouraged many thru her writings.

Sarah was an extremely spiritual person and continued her beautiful writing into adulthood, revealing a deep sense of nature and the world around her.

Sarah had many challenges in her life but always remained strong in her faith and her belief in a bigger and stronger life. Sarah will always remain in our hearts as the incredibly unique person she was. To the end Sarah loved and cherished her beautiful daughter, Jayden.

Sarah is survived by her daughter Jayden Olivia Stough, her mother Kay Collier, brother Jacob Stough, grandparents Don and Donna Stough and niece JaNiyah Wheeler.

The family will receive friends at the John M. Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester Street Annapolis, MD 21401 on Saturday from 2 to 3 PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday at 3 pm. (A Private Cremation will follow)
