Marlene Heisler Geiman

Marlene Geiman, 81 years old, a resident of Arnold, Maryland for 74 years, passed away on January 4, 2017. Mrs. Geiman was born on August 26, 1935 in Howard, Kansas and was the daughter of the late Walter Leo and Alta Ruth Shannon Heisler. She was a graduate of Annapolis High School and was married to Paul Lee Geiman on January 28, 1955. Mrs. Geiman worked at Johnson Lumber Company, Chambers and Goodrich Dental Office, and Pediatric Dentistry of Arnold. She enjoyed gardening, doll house collecting, boating, and reading.

Marlene is survived by her sons, Kevin Geiman, his wife Donna, and their daughter Abigail; Brian Geiman, his wife Tammy, and their daughter Kaitlin; and Fred Anderson, his daughter Melissa Rinderle, her husband Mike, his son Jeff Anderson, and his grandchild Sawyer Rinderle.

Mrs. Geiman was preceded in death by her husband Paul, her parents, and siblings.

Visitation will be on Monday January 9, 2017 at John M. Taylor Funeral Home in Annapolis from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. The funeral will be held at Asbury United Methodist Church in Arnold on Tuesday January 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association in her honor.
