On September 23, 2015 Arthur Lee Owens passed away.
He is survived by his daughter Anita, a grandson Nick, his father Walter and his sister Linda.
Friends and family may call at the Taylor Funeral Home 147 Duke of Gloucester St, Annapolis, MD on Monday September 28 from 6 to 8 PM, where services will be held in the Taylor Chapel on Tuesday September 29 at 10 AM.
