Victoria “Vicki” Lynn Lemke, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, left this life all too suddenly on October 11, 2022, at age 65, surrounded by loved ones who will do their best to continue the legacy of love that she lived to the fullest.
She was born to Ronald and Helen Rose on June 14, 1957, in Fairmont, Minnesota. Much of her childhood was spent on the family farm outside of Fairmont, where she quickly developed a lifelong passion for reading, as well as a habit of caring for others. She spent over thirty years working in elder care as a nurses' aide at nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
Although Vicki's life wasn't always an easy one, she always approached it with a smile that she was ready to share with everyone with whom she came into contact. She entrusted her difficulties to the Lord, and always knew that He would help her find the strength with which to deal with them. She was a mother to three children, raising them even in tough times with nothing but love in her heart. Her faith was the core of her life. Vicki always believed that there is a better place waiting beyond this life, and we have no doubt that she is there now. She was a very special person to many people, not at all limited to the five children she raised. The love in her heart was something that she was always willing to share with everyone.
Vicki was preceded in death by her father, Ronald. She is survived by her mother Helen, her siblings Mike (Nancy) Rose and Leslie (Jason) Pavlak, her children Jared (Lindsay), Renee and Steven (Megan), and her five grandchildren, Caitlyn, Aryana, Dominique, Emma, and Charlie. Although she has passed from this world far too early, her memory will live on in the hearts of those who will always love her.
