What a wonderful, funny, loving man.  So smart and intelligent! I worked with David at Chevron in Evanston, Wyoming, during our last ten career years with that company and we became friends.  I have so many good memories of him and my life is better for him having been in it during those times.  He was a true west Texas character with a wry sense of humor.  I still laugh with former colleagues about his funny turn-of-phrases such as --well, that's a risky biscuit.  He often regaled his friends with funny stories about his younger years working on the railroad.  I will never forget him, and he will always live in my memories.  Diana, I send you my love and my deepest condolences.
