She was born Anissa Denise Parks on November 08, 1969 in Fort Worth, Texas, along with a twin brother, Jayson. They were received by loving parents, Jay F. Parks and Brenda Parks-Wilkinson. She grew up in Hereford, TX where she was involved in Campfire Girls, played baritone in the school band, was in ROTC and participated in track and field where she excelled in shot put and discus. Anissa worked a variety of jobs with her latest one being a caretaker at a healthcare facility for the handicapped.
Although she was taken too soon, Anissa lived a full and colorful life. She was a take charge but loving wife who adored being at home where she would cook and bake for others. She was always willing to help a person or animal in need, which led her to be the proud owner of several rescue dogs. Those who knew Anissa say she was always laughing, smiling and talking about her kids. Her hobbies included decorating for every holiday, making floral arrangements and tending to the wild birds that made their homes in birdhouses her husband of 7 years, Donnie, made for her.
Anissa was preceded in death by infant triplet siblings (1969) and her mother, Brenda Wilkinson (2012).
She is survived by her husband, Donnie Bennett of the home; her father, Jay F. Parks and wife, Darla; a brother, Jayson Parks and wife, Shannon, and a sister, Autumn Stokes and husband, Danny; a son, Brandon Bullard and wife, Danae; a daughter, Ashley Fulkerson and husband, Kevin; and 3 Step-Daughters, Heather, Amy and Sarah. She leaves behind several nieces, nephews and grandkids, whom she loved very much.
