James Foster Phillips, Jr., 83, of Maitland, Florida passed away on July 17, 2021 at his home. Jim was born on January 2, 1938 in Orlando, Florida to the late James Foster and Edith (Smith) Phillips, Sr. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Jim retired from Century Link (formerly Winter Park Telephone Co. Some of his hobbies included fishing, golfing and working with his hands.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 60 years, Maxcine Phillips; daughters, Susan Stevens, Donna and Deborah Phillips, Cynthia Harper and Pamela Phillips; sister, Patricia Lynch; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 12 noon, Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 2300 Temple Drive, Winter Park 32789.
