Eugene C. Carr, 89 of Lakeview Terrace passed away on December 4, 2017. He was born in Potsdam, New York on March 10,1928. Gene was a cabinet maker and had a passion for animals, art, and music. He was survived by Jeffrey C. Carr- Athens, OH. E. Jane Hartery- Bluefield, VA. And William G. Carr- Hartsvile, SC. He will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
