Vicki West

Mrs. Vicki Lynn Ramer West, 77, of Conway, passed away on March 19, 2023. Mrs. West was born February 20, 1946 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Charles M. and Eloise G. Ramer. She worked over 17 years at Safeway corporate office in Little Rock, and ultimately retired from Vacation Rentals in Bella Vista where she worked as a property manager. Following retirement, she loved to travel and spend time with her family and her two faithful Shih Tzus, Beau and Cassie. Her favorite places were Navarre Beach, Florida and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Her family remembers her wonderful sense of humor, Nana’s Christmas cookies, and her famous breakfast pizza. Mrs. West is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Randall W. West, Sr., of Conway; children Ronda Schrekenhofer (Brian) of Conway, Randy West (Jennifer) of Bentonville, Tonya West (Bay) of Benton; sisters Becky J. Batey of North Little Rock, and Angie Bates (Gary) of Conway; 3 sisters-in-law Charlene Handley, Lou Ann Stalcup (David) and Marsha Pope (Louis); 8 grandchildren Destinee Jones (Spencer), Trey West (Summer), Taylor Schrekenhofer, Ashtyn Jones (Justin), Trenton Schrekenhofer, Trevor West (Ella), Coltyn Lane and Tate West; 8 great-grandchildren, Jensen, Brennan, Lorelei, Cora, Laken, Kyzer, Case and Brynlee; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to express a special thanks to Heather Reeves (her friend and caregiver) and the staff of Arkansas Hospice of Conway for their wonderful care.

A celebration of her life will begin at 1:00 with visitation, followed by a service at 2:00 on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at Pinecrest Funeral Home, 7401 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002 with Brother Ron Sanders officiating.

Pallbearers are Todd Langley, Trey West, Taylor Schrekenhofer, Trevor West, Coltyn Lane and Tate West.

Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Lewy Body Dementia Association.
