Norma McCormack Huck, age 89, died Sunday, December 8, 2024, in Little Rock. She was born April 13, 1935, in Emmet, Arkansas and is preceded in death by her parents Harrel Lee McCormack and Lena Wiggins McCormack as well as three brothers and a sister. She was a lifelong Christian who faithfully studied her bible. She is survived by her four children Jim Dennie (Debby) of Benton, AR, Candace Wright (Brad) of Rogers, AR, Bill DeBusk, Jr., of Battlefield, MO, and Kim DeBusk Lowman (Mark) of Little Rock, AR, 12 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.
Norma was a beautiful generous woman who carried herself in a smiling, positive manner and never failed to dress with class. She was a successful businesswoman in various endeavors including sales and financial assistance. She loved animals having owned a pig, geese, goats, ducks and her favorite German Shepherds Bonnie and Clyde. She found much happiness in the years spent traveling between her Little Rock and Florida homes which she beautifully decorated. Norma was a lifelong football fan who could be counted on to settle in for long Saturdays watching games. Norma loved travel, nice restaurants, going to the movies, and auctions. Most of all she loved her family.
Known to her family as Granny, she was loved and will be missed terribly. She will be celebrated at a graveside service at Pinecrest Memorial Park on Wednesday, December 11th at 11:00am.
