The things I wish I could say to you papaw... not enough time to say all the things I wished I could have said through all these years of me growing up.  I'm proud to have all those moments that I have. I will always have them tucked away safe in my heart. From the first hug I knew you were my favorite. I loved how proud you was to be my papaw. Your first grandchild... I'm so happy that you got to meet my son and have little memories of chasing him around. And my husband brandon just adored you.  I hope you know that im in safe hands. But i think you already knew that. And ryan  will grow up remembering you I promise. Ill always tell stories about you .  I'll always watch my voicemail from you to always help me remember on my bad days that I'm loved and missed. But now it's me missing you papaw.  I wished I had longer time with you but I'll see you again someday. I'll be ready to listen to another story. So when my time comes however many years from now.  Help carry me home papaw until then watch over me don't forget to stop in from time to time. I have always cherished red birds since lyle and now i have another reason to smile when i see one
